Herbs & Owls Now Offering Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy

Herbs & Owls is pleased to offer Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy. “Just as plants offer physical and vibrational healing properties, so too does sound,” says owner and Clinical Herbalist Gina Kearney, RH (AHG).
“The water in our bodies holds information and vibrates at various frequencies; these frequencies can be those of harmony or disharmony,” Kearney shares. “Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy exposes our bodies to a new way of vibrating. Over time, your body will begin to recognize and change its previous vibrations to match the new.”
During a session, the recipient lies on a vibroacoustic bed wearing headphones. The synchronized sound and low-frequency sine waves produce a deep state of relaxation that is both heard and felt directly in the body. The advantages of regular sound therapy sessions include stress reduction, improved sleep, pain reduction, lower blood pressure, reduced migraines, and an overall enhanced sense of joy and well-being.
During November, in gratitude for their service, all first responders, police, firemen, and nurses, are eligible for a $25 first-time, 30-minute sound therapy session (reg. $55).
